- किसान अपने जमीन का ब्यौरा जैसे- खाता, खेसरा इत्यादि अच्छी तरह से भरें एवं
- आवेदक के नाम से जैसे- जमीन का Details एवं बैंक खाता संख्या रहना चाहिए
