For cash crops, you will get 18 thousand rupees per hectare. The minimum loss amount for cash crops will not be less than 2 thousand. A farmer will get a grant for a maximum of two hectares. Minimum one thousand rupees will be available for any farmer crop.
This year 896 panchayats of 102 blocks of 18 districts have been declared as drought affected. There is no planting here. Agricultural input grant will be paid for crop damage due to floods in July 2019, again they will not be eligible for agricultural input grant for crop damage due to floods in September.
The minister said that the benefit of this scheme will be available only to the registered farmers online. Farmers who are not already registered, such farmers must register themselves on the DB portal of the Department of Agriculture.
